Wilson H. "Tinny" Hatter Sr., born and raised in Phoebus, passed away at his home on March 1, 2015. Born on August 14, 1948, he lived to be 66 years old and worked on the water as a waterman and also as a mechanic. "Tinny" is survived by his wife, Deborah Hatter; sons, Wilson Hatter Jr. and his wife Suzanna, Daniel "Bubba" Hatter and Timothy "Timmy" Hatter; grandchildren, Victoriah Hatter, Hailly Hatter, Taylor Hatter, Wilson Hatter III and Holly Hatter; great-grandchildren, Adrian Martin and Chaz Hatter; sisters, Brenda Erdman and Shirley and beloved family members, Sheila Clark, Faye Crocker, Robin Bouton, Lisa Gaskins, Darren Hatter and Devin Hatter. The family would like to express special thanks to friends, Boyd "Bodilly" Lindsey and Charlie "Tuna".
