William Floyd Parks, 87, was born in 1930 and passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018.  He was born in Coldwater, MS and has been a local resident of Hampton since 2015.  He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 23 years which included service during the Korean and Vietnam Wars.

Bill is survived by his wife Geraldine Parks; children, Karl W. Parks (Wanda), Garry F. Parks (Eula), and Gabriele Tallent; and five grandchildren, John Andrews, Ed Andrews (Mina), Karl Parks, Katrina Barefoot (Christopher) and Leah Parks; and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, March 10 at West Hampton Baptist Church, 631 Aberdeen Road Hampton between 4:00 & 6:00pm. This will be a casual gathering and special time of friends and family. The family will have a private service at a later date in Mississippi.
