William Edmond Hoggard 89, Beloved uncle passed away Monday, December 15, 2014. Born in Woodville, NC he has been a resident of Hampton for 62 years where he was a plumber with the Plumber's Union Local 540. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of the American Legion Post No. 25, and the Moose Lodge No. 1119. He loved auto racing, sports, and golfing. William is survived by his niece, Deborah Reed and nephew, Jeff Hoggard; great nieces and nephews, Lynia Wiser (Anthony Shillam), Susan Reed (Cameron Haugen), Howard Lee, Kaitlin Manning and Krystin Hoggard; great-great nieces and nephew; Makenzie Lee, Hayden Wiser and Nora Shillam. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, December 29, 2014 at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk.
