William "Til" Glenn, departed this world on August 3, 2015. He was born in Norfolk to William Dalby and Ola Saunders Glenn, but was raised in Deltaville. As a child, he loved fishing, bowling and racing cars. After high school, he worked as a supervisor at Chase Bag Company where he retired in 1993 after 42 years of service. Til is survived by his wife, Jean; six children and their spouses, Randy, Vickie, Verlon, Donnie, Jack (Fran), and Holly (David); five grandchildren, Carrie (Anthony), Jeff, Kelley, Dayne, and Skylar; two great-grandchildren, Valentino and Antonio; and Godchild, Christopher. The family will receive friends from 5:30-6:30 PM Sunday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2150 Cunningham Dr. in Hampton. Immediately following at 6:30 pm, a Memorial Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated. The family wishes to thank the staff at Heartland Hospice, especially Carla and Alicia, for their kindness and care.
