Obituary
Willard P. Powell, 74 years, passed away January 10, 2016 after a ferociously fought battle against cancer. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Patricia, his children Twila Roberts (husband, Jeff) of Oro Valley, AZ, Michael Powell (wife, Kathleen) of Haymarket, VA, Karen Elworth of Hampton, David Powell of Yorktown and Christopher Powell of Norfolk. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grand daughters. Per his wishes there will be no services.
