Wesley R. Drew Sr., 89, died, June 4, 2024. He was born in Vermont and had been a longtime Peninsula resident. Wesley served in the United States Army and had a long career as a Welding Technician. He loved football and Nascar.

Wesley was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Rachel Drew; and their children, Mary Sue Drew and Kevin Drew. He is survived by his children, Kathy Drew-Ford (Hank), Crystal Drew Donohoe (Waller), Julie Toth (Wesley), Jennifer Drew, Wesley Drew Jr. (Donna), and Rodney Drew as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 14, 2024 from 5-6PM at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 1PM at Parklawn Memorial Park.
