Wesley R. Drew Jr. of Hampton, Virginia went home to be with the Lord on December 23, 2025. Wesley was born September 19, 1959, to Wesley Sr. and Rachel Drew. He was their first born son, and had seven wonderful siblings.

In 1977, Wesley graduated from Central Baptist School and proceeded to work at Boulevard Exxon and Don's Motor Company in Hampton, VA. He later went on to work at the shipyard as a welder and eventually became the supply chain specialist of the electrical department for twenty years. Succeeding his time at the shipyard, Wesley worked as an automotive mechanic for Toyota dealerships.

On October 10, 1981, Wesley married the love of his life, Donna. Wesley and Donna were blessed with the ability to raise five wonderful children- Sharon, Amanda, Rachel, Christopher, and Michael. Later on Wesley and Donna were blessed, yet again, this time with the gift of eleven grandchildren who all know Wesley and Donna by the names "PawPaw" and "MawMaw".

Wesley was a man of many hobbies. In his younger days Wesley was an incredibly talented athlete. He was a highly skilled basketball and softball player with a genuine passion for sports. If he was not on the field himself, he could likely be found on the couch cheering for the Dallas Cowboys. He was very well known for his elite wood working skills and ability to create just about anything he put his mind to. He was also incredibly intellectual, constantly strengthening his mind by doing crossword puzzles, and always reading to gain abundant amounts of knowledge. When it came time for Jeopardy he was always the first one with the answer, and his answers were rarely wrong.

Wesley's Memorial Service will be held January 3rd, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Victory at Calvary Baptist Church. 445 Shelton Road Hampton, VA 23663. The family will receive visitors starting at 5:30 p.m.
