Wendy R. Quinn, 63, died Wednesday, April 1, 2026. A lifelong resident of Hampton, she found her passion of caring for people late in life and received her LPN from ECPI. Through the years she worked for several doctors’ offices in the area. Wendy was a devoted daughter, caring for both of her parents in their later years. She was also an enthusiastic sports fan, happiest when watching golf or cheering on her favorite college football teams.

Preceded in death by her parents, Mac and Pat Quinn; she is survived by her brother, Chip Quinn and his wife, Cecile; her niece, Carly Trevathan; her loving aunt, Alann Hudson; and her good friends, Sheri Rose, Sandy Tidwell and LaTonya Jones.

Wendy’s family extends their gratitude to Dr. Flavia Kostov as well as the ICU and Oncology teams at Riverside Regional Medical Center, for the exceptional care shown to her throughout her illness.

A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 on Thursday April 9 at Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Animal Aid Society.
