Vivian Howell Blair, 92, died Thursday, June 23, 2016.

Preceded in death by her husband, Lankford Blair; survivors include her daughter, Darlene Blair-Brown and her husband, Henry; her son, Lankford Blair, II and his wife, Joyce; her brother, Douglas Howell; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.

The family will receive friends from 7-8PM Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Albert G. Horton, Jr. State Veterans' Cemetery in Suffolk.
