Victor L. Howell, 58, died Thursday, January 1, 2026. He was a lifelong resident of Hampton.
Preceded in death by his father, Thomas J. Howell and a brother, George Posey; survivors include his mother, Mary Leber; and two brothers, Wayne Posey and wife, Jenifer and Michael S. Howell and wife, Heather.
All services will be private.
