Timothy David Gault, 63, passed away Monday, January 28, 2014. Born in Detroit, MI he was a resident of Hampton for 23 years. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1991 after 22 years which included service during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Gault was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. After retiring from the Air Force, Tim worked at Advanced Auto Parts, Consolidated Engineering, Sweetlands Heating and Cooling and at Bethel Christian School as a substitute teacher. In recent years he was a model enthusiast and enjoyed working part time at O'Reilly's Auto Parts.

He was preceded in death by his mother Margaret Gault. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Rebecca Gault; sons, Timothy D. Gault II and his wife Helen J. Gault; Travis J. Gault and his wife Ashley T. Gault; Todd A. Gault and Trevor C. Gault; father, Donald E. Gault; sisters, Elizabeth Smith and Tina Greenwood; brothers, Bill Gault and Tom Gault; and grandchildren, Nathaniel and Lilly Gault.

The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 AM Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church. Immediately following at 11:00 AM, a funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Lloyd V. Donica. Friends are invited to go to the funeral home on Friday to view and pay respects to Mr. Gault.
