Thomas A. Martin went to be with the Lord on April 8 ^th 2020 after a long hard battle with leukemia. He served 2 tours of duty in Vietnam, one in the Navy and one in the Army. Thomas worked for over 40 years at the Newport News Shipbuilding as an emergency electrician.

Survivors include his wife of 10 years Brenda Martin; two daughters, Michelle Hernandez (Michael) and Tammy Luther (Scott); four stepchildren; Beverly Naylor (Roy), Carol Hunt and boyfriend Robert, Jeff Hunt and Jimmy Hunt; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Kruger and the staff of Virginia Oncology Associates for all of their care and compassion.
