Teresa Lee Redmiles, 58, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 26, 2025.  Born on August 6, 1966, in Kailua, Hawaii to parents David L and Muriel L. Petersen, she had been a Hampton resident for many years.  Teri enjoyed crafts, plants, anything related to wolves or Hawaii, loved going to the beach, and was extremely organized.  Her faith in Jesus Christ was at the center of her life; so much so that she became certified as a minister through Hope of the World Ministries.  Family was her heart, and she took great pride in her three children and all of her grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her mother, Muriel L. Elliott Petersen Belcher and brother, Glenn Salmon; Teri leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, David W. Redmiles (Megan) and James W. Redmiles (Sarah), and daughter, Faith Redmiles-Petrie (Chance); her father, David L. Petersen; sister, Valerie Andrews (Scott); her many beloved grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; special niece, Brianna Petersen; step-brothers, Steven Belcher (Colleen) and Donald Belcher (Silvia); and her constant companions, cats, Noze, Milo and Roo.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:30 PM on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, downtown Hampton.
