Teresa Dugger (Terry) was a very special person. She went to be with our Lord on the 21st of December 2020. Terry was born at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, on April 15, 1963. She lived in several places in Virginia where she attended special education classes. Finally, she lived in Hampton,

and worked at the ARC of the Virginia Peninsula for several years. Terry loved living where she had a pasture with cows and horses in her back yard and planes flying overhead. She enjoyed her magazines, movies, animals, and really loved the Christmas season with all the decorations.

We will miss her happy disposition and her quick mind. She leaves her mother, Janet Dugger; father, Aubrey; brother, Jay and sister-in-law, Rhonda; and her nephews, Calvin and Reed. She also leaves many extended family members in Lynchburg, Virginia and Maryland.

Terry will be laid to rest at the Parklawn Memorial Park on December 30, 2020. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ARC (Versability.org click here ) or to your favorite charity in her name.
