Obituary
Tara Rogers Shupe, 49, died unexpectedly on Monday, March 17, 2014. She was a native and lifelong Hampton resident.
Preceded in death by her parents, Rymer and Hazel Rogers and her brother, Jimmy Rogers; survivors include her husband, Steve Shupe; her canine children, Chaos and Ruby; her brother, Woozy Rogers and his wife, Fay; three sisters, Donna Rogers Stanworth, Beverly Stanworth and her husband, Roland, and Melaney Jenkins and her husband, Dallas; and many other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 22, 2014 in the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home chapel.
In honor of Tara's love for animals, memorial donations may be made to the Animal Aid Society of Hampton, 80 Butler Farm Road, Hampton VA 23666.
