Shirley Katherine Wallace, born July 30, 1935, passed away peacefully on Tuesday surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Wallace, sons, Joseph Wallace and Kenneth Melton, and son-in-law Lawrence Moran. She is survived by son, David Melton(Carmen), and daughters, Pam Wise(Gary), Linda Brown, Donna Gibson(Dave), Marcie Morton(Steve), and Barbara Moran. She was blessed with nine grandchildren, Amanda, Clint, Derek, Amber, Brandon, Ashley, Alex, Josh and Meghan, five great-grandchildren, and the countless children she loved while working as a teacher's aid and child care provider at Gloria Dei Lutheran School.

A graveside service will be held at Clark Cemetery, Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 10 am.
