Sandra Castle Smith, 78, passed away Monday, February 2, 2018. Born in Maryland, Sandra graduated from Hampton High School and worked at VEPCO and APAC as an accounts representative before retiring. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Hampton where she  sang in the choir. She loved to sew and garden. She also had a great love for her dogs and raising her chickens for eggs.
Sandra is predeceased by her parents John and Pinkie Castle and her son Donnie Bryant, Left  to cherish her memories are her son,  John Bryant (Crystal); brother, Jack Castle; her significant other, Thomas Uzzell; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Saturday, February 24, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church, Hampton.
