Sandra Jenkins, 71, passed away May 21, 2019. A lifelong resident of Hampton, she loved cats and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her son, Richard (Ricky) C. Burris Sr. and his wife Tracey; their children, Richard C. Burris Jr. and Maxwell Connor Burris; son, Christopher C. Burris and wife, Angela; his children, Amanda Arroyo, Leah Burris; his grandchildren, Cameron Byrd, and Harper Grainger; daughter, Cori L. Hamlin; her children, Jalen M. Hamlin, Alvin M. Hamlin Jr., Jasmine D. Hamlin, Spencer C. Burris; and her grandchildren, Phoenix J. Knox and Hendrix D. Knox.

A funeral service will be held at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 4PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Sandra's memory to a charity of your choice.
