Sammie Lee Miller-Duhe, died Monday, April 28, 2025. A native of Hampton, Sammie worked for over 40 years in New Orleans as a real estate agent before returning to Hampton in 2015. She was a member of Pro Life Ministries of OSA; was  a missionary for over 10 years around the world and volunteered feeding the homeless.

Sammie is survived by her children, Alicia D. Miller and Orson Miller Duhe; sisters, Pearl Drake and Margaret Harbeck; and brothers, Terry Jones and Jerry Jones. She was preceded in death by husbands Ronald Miller and Ronald Duhe; her son, Thomas Drinkwater Miller; brother, H.R. Jones; and parents, Henry and Alice Jones

A funeral service will be conducted at 10 am, Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at St. Marks Methodist Church, Hampton with interment to follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
