She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Watkins.  She is survived by her three children and their spouses; Frank Randolph Watkins (Kay), and Sharon Horne (Ralph) of Carrollton, VA and Barry Watkins (Kathy) of Smithfield, VA.  She is survived by four grandchildren; Frank Watkins of Little River, SC; Monica McDowell (Brian) of Barboursville, WV; Christie Bowman of Smithfield, VA and Nicole Oliveira (Felipe) of Chesapeake, VA.  She had two great grandchildren; Brayden McDowell of Barboursville,  WV and Morgen Deibler of Smithfield, VA.  She is survived by her sister-in-law Jacqueline Dunn.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Lawrence J. Biermann. Interment will be at Parklawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 pm Monday, at the funeral home.
