Obituary
HAMPTON, - Ruth E. Rice, 87, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. She is survived by her son David Rice and wife Peggy of Olney, Maryland, Son Glenn Rice of Hampton, Virginia and Daughter Carol Thedford and Husband Bill of Newport News, Virginia as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will conducted Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Warwick United Methodist Church 38 Hoopes Road, Newport News Virginia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, 6350 Center Dr. Ste, 102, Norfolk, VA 23502.
