Roxanne "Roxy" Ingram, 66, passed away peacefully June 6, 2018. She was born to Ernest Clark and Lois Cambric on September 1, 1951, in Chicago Illinois and resided in Hampton, Va.

She was a loving Daughter, Sister, Mother, Grandmother and Friend. Always caring and always counted on to take care of her siblings. While her mother worked nights, she took on the duties as caretaker in the household making sure her other siblings were looked after; "She ran a tight ship and kept everyone in line".

She graduated high school in 1969 and was married a few years later. She served the country as a Navy spouse while raising 3 children; Isaac III, Eugene and Delaura (twins) in Northern Va. Although being a wife and mother was her pinnacle, she decided to have a career in banking, which she diligently and successfully worked until retirement in 2013. From retirement she moved to Hampton, Va.

Roxy had a great sense of humor and could always be heard laughing at whatever she found funny. She was a great cook and always hardworking. She even changed the oil in her vehicles because it was so easy to do. Her personal tribute to her three children was with the infamous license plate "Roxy3" which she was always proud to explain when asked.

Roxanne was preceded in death by her brothers Cornell and Ronald. She is survived by her oldest son, Isaac III; twins, Eugene and Delaura; Mother Lois; Sisters, Diane (twin) and Phyllis; Brothers Gregory, Warren, and Charles. 8 Grandchildren; Donnell, Terrell, Eric, Brianna, Iyana, Madilyn and Charles (twins), and Ava.

A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, June 23, 2018 in Parklawn Memorial Park.
