Rowan Elliott Bivens, infant son of Robert Elliott and Kristin Massey Bivens, was born on June 4, 2014 and passed away on June 25, 2014 at CHKD in Norfolk, Va. He was preceded in death by his twin brother Finley William Bivens. Survived by Maternal grandparents Bill and Cheryl Massey of Parsonsburg, MD. Paternal grandparents Linda Sundin of Hampton, VA., Robert Bivens and wife Susan of Germantown, TN. and Great Grandmother Marjorie Bivens of High Point, NC. A graveside service will be held for close friends and family on Sunday June 29th at 12 noon at Parklawn Memorial Park in Hampton, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rowan and Finley Bivens in care of the NICU at CHKD and sent to the Development Department, 601 Children's Ln. Norfolk, VA. 23507.
