Ross Herman Allen, Jr. passed away on August 23, 2016 at the age of 67. Born in New York on September 24, 1948, he has resided in Hampton for many years.
He is survived by his father, Ross Allen, Sr.; brothers, Frank Allen and Billy Allen; sisters, Louise Howell and Maggie Gibbs; niece, Dawn Brewer, nephews, Gary McCarty and Allen McCarty as well as great-nieces Ashley and Lean McCarty and great-nephew Tyler Brewer.
