Rose Marie Earhart, 79, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023.  Born to parents Joseph C. and Mildred Hogge Nelson, she had been a lifelong Hampton resident.  Rose was a faithful and active member of the Women of the Moose, Hampton Moose Lodge 1514 for over 60 years.  She enjoyed bingo, shuffleboard, and especially dancing there, earning her the nickname "Happy Feet".

Rose was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles P. Earhart; and her son, Robert J. Earhart.  Left to cherish her memory are daughter, Charlene M. Fee and husband, Richard; son, Eric J. Earhart and wife Shari; daughter-in-law Susan Earhart; brothers, Steven L. Nelson and wife, Nancy and David L. Nelson and wife, Jeanette; grandchildren, Christopher "Blake" Fee, Korey Fee, Robert Earhart Luna, Richard Earhart Luna, Mitch Earhart, Mandi Earhart, Missi Earhart, Michael Earhart, Miles Earhart, Matthew Earhart, Axl Earhart (Jenna), Tanitha Collins (Darious) and Layla Gillis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Rose's name to the Hampton Moose Lodge #1514, ATTN:  ED, 207 E. Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23669.
