Roosevelt Lavern Lynch, age 66 passed away on December 30, 2017.  Born to Luther and Leise Lynch in North Carolina.  Roosevelt was a lifelong resident of Hampton and worked as a builder in home improvement.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter Joyce Gill and her husband Craig Gill, brother William Lynch and his wife Yvonne Lynch; and grandchildren, Darrien, DaVaughn and Donovan Gill.  Arrangements by Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions. 757-825-8070
