It is with the heaviest of hearts we announce that Ronald "Allen" Stacy age 47 of Newport News left us to join his mother and father on Friday on April 12, 2019. Allen was born November 22, 1971 in Elkton, Maryland, the 4th child and 3rd son of Lanthan Howard Stacy and 2nd child and 1st son of Nancy Jane (Martin) Stacy. A 1991 graduate of Hurley High School in Hurley VA, he was a staunch believer in God and prayed daily. He was also a diehard sports fan, his favorite teams were the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, Boston Celtics and the Duke Blue Devils (NCAA Basketball). His favorite foods were Coca Cola, Reese Cups and hamburgers. He loved to listen to Hank Williams Sr and Johnny Cash. He enjoyed cook-outs and watching sports with family and friends. Allen was a loving and caring son, brother, uncle and wonderful friend to all who knew him.

Allen was preceded in death by his father Lanthan Howard Stacy, his mother Nancy Jane (Martin) Stacy and brother Howard Junior Stacy all of Wolford, VA. He is survived by two sisters, Sandra Marie Justus of Gillette, WY and Rebecca Stacy-Lester of Hurley, VA; two brothers, Timothy Henry Stacy and Steven Matthew Stacy both of Newport News; eleven nieces and nephews; and one great niece.
