Robin Lynn Howell, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 24, 2024. She was born to parents Frederick and Evelyn Howell and resided in Portsmouth, VA. She was a beloved employee at Food Lion for 25 years and in her free time, Robin enjoyed gaming, watching Netflix and spending time with her friends and family.

Preceded in death by her father Frederick R. Howell; she leaves to cherish her memory, mother, Evelyn Howell; daughter, Joleen R. Howell; sister and brother-in-law, Sylvia and Michael Burton; and nephews, South and Brennen Burton.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 PM on Monday, July 1, 2024, at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, 245 S. Armistead Avenue, Hampton.
