Robert Wayne Settle, 70, passed away on June 13, 2021.  As a native of Hampton, he moved to Laurinburg, NC in 2008.  He retired as a Master Electrician from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in May 2016.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Grea and Elise Settle; and brothers, Eugene, David, Dan, and Dennis Settle.  Surviving is his soulmate of 30 years, Claire Clark and her children, Michele Young, Chris Smith and Matthew Smith; siblings, Freddie L. Settle (Judy), Jimmy E. Settle (Michelle) and Helen S. Holt (David); and many nieces and nephews.
