Robert Paul Frasher, Jr., 58, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018. Born in West Virginia, he had been a Peninsula resident for the last 26 years. He proudly served in the US Army, was an avid NASCAR fan, and loved sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Linda Frasher; his mother, Evelyn Arnold; his step-son, Chris Ford and his wife, April; two step-grandchildren, McKinely Gardner and Nate Gardner; a sister, Kim Revels; a half-sister, Karen Clarke; a half-brother, Darren Arnold and his wife, Jenna; and seven nephews.

A memorial service with full Army honors will be conducted at 2:00 Pm, Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Parkview Baptist Church by Pastor Rusty Beck.
