Robert E. Phillips Sr. "Pops" passed away on March 19, 2014. He was an active member of Hampton Moose Lodge 1514. Pops was an avid NASCAR fan and loved to hunt and fish.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Baker and Clifton Phillips; and a sister, Jean Gibbs; and is survived by his children, Lisa (Sam) North, Robert Phillips, Mike (Stacy) Phillips and Brian Phillips; sister Brenda (Bill) Hayes of Williamsburg; and grandchildren, Sara, Sammie and Hunter; nieces and nephews; dear friend, Billy; and many more friends.

The family will be having a celebration of life at the Hampton Moose Lodge on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 3:00 PM.
