Robert Craig Cross, 87, died Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Born in West Virginia, he was the son of Ada Margaret Doyle and Charles Craig Cross. He served in the US Army, retiring in 1978 after more than 21 years of service. Robert was a faithful member of First United Methodist Church Fox Hill. He enjoyed frequenting yard sales and flea markets and participating in storage company auctions. Robert enjoyed attending outdoor military concerts and he was a fan of old country music.

Preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Lotte Cross; survivors include his daughter, Rebecca Cross; his son, Robert Cross and his wife, Christian; five grandchildren, Kevin Cross, Yael Achstein, Sage Fertsch, Tenleigh Fowler, and Robert Lee Cross, Jr.; and four great-grandchildren, Phoenix Spiess, Lily Pierce, and Arianna and Ameila Cross.

A memorial service with full Army honors will be conducted at 6:00 PM, Friday, September 25, 2026, at First United Methodist Church Fox Hill.
