Rick Herman Knipple, 63, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015. Born in Altoona, PA, he has lived in the Hampton Roads area since 1972, and most recent a Poquoson resident for 16 years. He served with the U.S. Air Force for 8 years. He retired from Canon Virginia with 25 years service. Rick is survived by his wife Ann (Zeak) Knipple, daughters Kristine Johnson (Keith), Katrina Blevins (Brian), Bridget Johnson (Chris); sister Linda Clabaugh (Steve), brother Gary Knipple, 5 grandchildren and one on the way. Rick is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruth (Harris) Knipple.
