Obituary
Richard Herbert Woody, 62, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019. A lifelong resident of Hampton, he worked over 42 years with CSX Rail Road.
Richard is survived by his wife of 19 years, Teresa D. Woody; sons, Adam Woody (Marci) and Ashton Woody (Crystal); daughter, Sabrina Woody; brother, Joe Woody (Jenny); grandchildren, Caleb, Zakary, Alexis, Ty, Cody and Kayla; many great-grandchildren; Nephew, Chris; and nieces Jennifer and Faith.
A celebration of Richard's life will be 4:00 PM Sunday, April 14, 2019 at the Circle Snack, 20 W. Mercury Blvd in Hampton. The family wishes, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Animal Aid Society, 80 Butler Farm Rd, Hampton, VA 23666.
Arrangements are by Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions in Hampton, 757-825-8070.
