Obituary
Rena Gray Dawson, 86, died Saturday, September 14, 2013. A native of Avon, NC she had been a Hampton resident since 1965. Rena retired from civil service at Langley Air Force Base.
Rena was preceded in death by her husband Richard W. Dawson, Sr. and son Richard W. Dawson, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Annette "Cricket" Haywood and husband Ashton; and granddaughter, Allison White.
Services will be private.
The family requests that memorials be sent to the Animal Aid Society, Hampton.
