Obituary
Ray C. "Sonny" Spencer, 58, died Thursday, October 6, 2022. A lifelong resident of Hampton he was a graduate of Phoebus High School.
Sonny is survived by his parents, Frank and Sandra Spencer; a brother, David Spencer and wife Paula; and close friend, Patsy Griggs.
A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 pm, Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, 245 S. Armistead Ave, Hampton.
