Randy R. Levi, 60, died Monday, April 20, 2015. Born in Hendersonville, NC, Randy moved to Hampton in 1989. Having served in the USAF for 27 years, he retired in 2006 and began work in Civil Service at Langley in 2MRS/MRB. He was a member of Restoration Church Phoebus Baptist serving as an elder and was member of the Gideons in Hampton. Randy is survived by his wife Cindy D. Levi; daughters, Jennifer Moore and Lindsay Cestero; sister, Glenda Sentelle; and grandchildren, Jacob and Madison Moore, and Ally and Hunter Cestero. The family would like to thank the staff of Virginia Oncology and the Sentara Careplex for their incredible care and support during Randy's illness. A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Restoration Church Phoebus Baptist by Pastor Thom Shutt. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service Thursday from 1-3 PM. The interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Hendersonville, NC.
