Randall Lee Watkins, 91, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Born to parents, Robert and Ruby Watkins, he spent his early years in Poquoson, VA before moving to Hampton for most of his life, eventually retiring in Williamsburg.  Randy was a proud “Crabber” graduating from Hampton High School, Class of 1952. He was passionate about golf and his family; and lovingly devoted himself to his wife, Barbara, for almost 69 years until her passing in 2023.

Preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Barbara Ann Watkins, and sister, Carol Hicks; he leaves to cherish his memory, his four sons, Steve Watkins (Robin), Keith Watkins (Elizabeth), Jeff Watkins (Lorraine) and Phil Watkins (Jenny); eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; his sister, Mary Louise "Weasy" Coleman; and numerous nephews and one niece.

Following Randy’s wishes, a private graveside service will be held for his immediate family.
