Randall Chester Partin, 60, died Thursday, October 31, 2013. A native of Williamsburg, PA, he had been a Hampton resident for the last 27 years where he worked for HRT. He was retired from the US Navy.

Preceded in death by his parents, Emma Ruth and Carson Partin; survivors include his wife, Sommai Adams; and his brothers and sisters, Leonard Partin and his wife, Lee of Overland Park, KS, Billy Partin and his wife, Judy of Apex, NC, Martha McLamb of Four Oaks, NC, and Shary Moss and her husband, Cliff of Selma, NC. Randy loved all people and will be missed by many.

A memorial service with Navy Honors will be conducted at 7:00 PM, Saturday, November 2, 2013 in the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home chapel after which the family will receive friends until 8:30.
