Peter M. Kilopoulos, 94, died Friday, August 9, 2024. Born in Kardamyla, Chios Greece, he immigrated through Ellis Island in 1954 to Murfreesboro, NC, then moved to Newport News and finally settled in Phoebus where he owned and operated The Old Point Steak and Spaghetti House. He was a member of Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, was a 32nd degree Mason and member of Monitor Lodge #197 AF & AM, and the Order of the AHEPA where he had served as president. Peter enjoyed woodworking, gardening and cooking.

Preceded in death by his wife, Angie Kilopoulos; he is survived by his daughter, Maria Call and her husband, Andy; and two grandchildren, Peter A. Call and Christina A. Call.

The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm Tuesday, August 13 at Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church with a Trisagion service beginning at 7. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 Wednesday at the church. Interment will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park.
