Penny Lynn Earley Santa, 52, passed away, Friday, January 31, 2014. Born in Lake Charles, LA, but was a Hampton native where she worked for the city of Hampton and McDaniel's Pest Control in Yorktown. She graduated from Kecoughtan High School in 1979 and received a degree from Everest College in Medical billing and coding. She had a love for flowers, arts and crafts, and the beach.

She is survived by her daughter, Ashlee L. Coyne and son, Mathew K. Coyne, both of Hampton; six grandchildren, Cheyenne, Mariah, Alexander, Samantha, Madelynn, and Madison; brother, Derrick W. Earley; and parents Alton W. Earley and Betty J. Earley.

A memorial service will be conducted, 2:00 PM Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Dr. in Hampton, 757-825-8070.
