Paula R. Rawles, 48, died Saturday, March 29, 2014. A lifelong Peninsula resident, she retired from NASA in September 2013 after 31 years of service.

Preceded in death by her father, Thomas Rawles, and two sisters, Patricia Wyche and Denise Jones; she is survived by her mother, Dorothy Rawles; six siblings, Thomas, Jr. (Trudy), Lynwood (Cynthia), Michael (Iris), Ricky, Tina (Lee, deceased), Teresa (Dennis).

A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Emmanuel Grace Baptist Church, 3301 Kecoughtan Road, Hampton.

The family requests that you wear pink to the service in honor of Paula.
