Patti Manzie Rackley, 58, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013. Born in Corpus Christi, TX, she has been a Hampton resident of forty years. She was a Watch Commander with PSI, based at Yorktown Coast Guard Station.

Patti is survived by her husband, Gregory D. Kuyper; daughter, Jennifer Leigh Rackley; son, Tony Scott Rackley; mother, Rita Senkbeil; father, Ernest Manzie; and brother, James Manzie.

A memorial service will be conducted 10:00 AM Saturday at the Yorktown Coast Guard Station Chapel by Chaplains David Masterson and John Eastman.
