Patsy Ellen Keever, 77, died Wednesday, March 9, 2016. A native of Bluefield, WV, she had been a Hampton resident since 1956. A very giving woman, she loved taking care of her family and would do anything for them.
Preceded in death by her husband, Abner Ray Keever; survivors include her daughters, Patricia Goodhart, Donna Langille, and Sharon Fladger; two brothers, Donnie and Richard Burnopp; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 AM on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Parklawn Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to the Dr. Brooke Carrington Scholarship. Checks may be made payable to EVMS Foundation and mailed to P.O. Box 5, Norfolk, VA 23501 (please note name of scholarship fund and that donation is in memory of Patsy Keever in memo section).
