Otelia W. Bryan, 80, passed away May 11, 2016. Otelia was a lifetime member of First Presbyterian Church, Hampton. She worked for the Civil Service, retiring from Langley Air Force Base as a computer specialist. She was a member of the Pilot Club and the P.E.O.

Otelia was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Edward Bryan and her sister, Jean Winborne. Survivors include her nephew, John L. Winborne and his wife Susan as well as their children Jordan and Jason Winborne.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 16, 2016 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home from 6-8PM. A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Parklawn Memorial Park at 11AM, by Dr. Cynthia Rosser-Higgins. A Memorial Service will be held at 1PM Tuesday following the graveside service at First Presbyterian Church, Hampton.
