Nellie "Lucille" Elliott, 90, died Saturday, June 3, 2017. Born in Orange, VA, she had been a Hampton resident since 1961. A very competitive person, she was an avid Bingo player, enjoyed playing Scrabble with old friends, and was a huge baseball fan following both the Dodgers and the Braves.

Preceded in death by her husband, James F. Elliott and all of her brothers and sisters; survivors include her children, Larry Elliott (Jan) of Pittsburgh, PA, Stanley Elliott (Sharon) of Aylett, VA, and Tracy Finney (Michael) of Hampton; nine grandchildren, Sarah Elliott, Steven and Landon McAbee, Kendall Carpenter, Logan Elliott, Ian and Tim Koch, Courtney Jenkins, and Michael Finney; and two great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 PM Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Parklawn Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
