Nancy S. Westphal, 72, passed away peacefully Wednesday August 17 ^th , 2022 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. She was born on December 15 ^th , 1949 in Scranton, PA to Jack and Violet Schultz. A graduate of Penn State University, she obtained a Master's in Education from William & Mary. Nancy worked as a teacher for Hampton City Schools for 24 years.

She was survived by her brother Gordon Schultz, sons Stephen, Michael and David Westphal, and 4 grandchildren.
