Molly Ann Lord Capps died Saturday, August 12, 2017. Molly was born in Corbin, Kentucky on March 6, 1933. Molly attended Newport News High School. Her career included both the fashion sector as well as the medical field. She was predeceased by her loving husband Bruce Capps as well as her sister, Carolyn Lawson.

Molly is survived by her children, Butch Capps (Pam) and Chris Capps (Tamie) as well as grandchildren, Matt Capps, Christine Scordo, Michelle DuBois, Nicole Terrien, Lindsay Delgado, Sidney Capps and Ian Capps; and brother-in-law, Bob Lawson. Molly was also blessed with six great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank Mom's close friends that spent their precious time visiting her during her recent illness.

After receiving friends from 1-2 pm Friday, August 18, 2017 at Denbigh Presbyterian Church, 302 Denbigh Blvd, a 2 pm funeral service will be conducted with Pastor Deborah Dail officiating. Burial will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park.
