Michael Steele Hawks, age 58, went on to Heaven Sunday, February 3, 2019. Born to James and Patricia Hawks in Princeton, West Virginia, Michael was a lifelong resident of Hampton. He served in the Air Force and later worked for the Newport News Shipbuilding as a Nuclear Machinist for 34 years. He was a member of St. Tammany's Lodge.  Many will remember him for his love of sports, hunting, movies and Buckroe Beach. He never met a stranger in his life, was cherished by many for his jokes and charm.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Katheryn and Marshall Hawks; his Mother, Patricia Hawks, and brother, Rocky Hawks.
