Marybelle Trunick Elliott, 79, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017. Born in Pennsylvania, she was a longtime Hampton resident where she was a very faithful member of Langley Baptist Church. Her life was filled with achievements, from serving as den mother for her sons' Boy Scouts Troop to raising many foster children through the years. She was the sweetest lady in the world who touched everyone she knew. She had Christmas in her heart every day of the year.

Preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Elliott; survivors include her sons, Lee Elliott, Mike Elliott and his wife, Wanda, and Phil Elliott and his wife, Laura; her sister, Benita Ann Castellan and her husband, Richard; and two granddaughters, Madison and Kaylene Elliott.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, November 20, 2017 at Langley Baptist Church by Rev. David Pace. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 Sunday at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home.
